Rön Elfo Hadfow (/ro˞n/ /ˈelfo/ [instant] [bachelor]) is a subtropical Small City located in the Nogrehie̜w Moot of the Rosid.
The name Rön Elfo Hadfow is derived from the Sylvin language, as Rön Elfo Hadfow was founded by Zuigies, who was culturaly Wood Elf.
Climate
Rön Elfo Hadfow has a yearly average temperature of 8°C (46°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cold 6°C (42°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 11°C (51°F). Rön Elfo Hadfow receives an average of 203 cm/y (79 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Rön Elfo Hadfow covers an area of nearly 11 km2 (4 mi2), and an average elevation of 2010 m (6594 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Rön Elfo Hadfow was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1151, by Zuigies. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Rön Elfo Hadfow was built using the conventions of Wood Elf durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Rön Elfo Hadfow is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Rön Elfo Hadfow is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of restrictive paverstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. Rön Elfo Hadfow's failry decent fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Every aspect of the city has been developed with care and great thought. The people themselves act deliberately and with care in even the simplest of daily actions.

Rön Elfo Hadfow has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Rön Elfo Hadfow's natural decorations nor waterways.
Rön Elfo Hadfow has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Rön Elfo Hadfow has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Rön Elfo Hadfow has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Rön Elfo Hadfow's locals despise outsiders. For some “outsiders” may be natives of foreign lands, while others might have a grudge against anyone from outside the community. These locals have an active loathing, and the outsiders allowed to trade or interact with them do so at a heavy disadvantage.
Rön Elfo Hadfow's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament.
